Haleigh Weaver,
MA, MHC-LP

It is my belief that community and connection are the cornerstone of support and growth throughout life. I aim to hold space for individuals to rebuild and create connection to the self and others in order to facilitate positive change. I work to create a safe and supportive space for you to be heard and foster a therapeutic relationship to achieve your goals.

Haleigh obtained her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College. She has experience counseling individuals, groups, and families navigating complex mental health issues. Haleigh brings a background in volunteer work as an EMT, which has strengthened her ability to remain calm and compassionate in crisis situations. Additionally, she has an academic foundation in forensic psychology, which informs her understanding of behavior in the context of legal and systemic factors. Haleigh takes an eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs and foster a safe, supportive space for growth.

After much research we found this center and have been working with Dr Nikiforov and Irina for years now. The dedication of these medical providers to their patients is unprecedented to anything we’ve ever experienced in the past. It is so hard to find good help these days especially when it comes to mental health. So many doctors don’t care and just prescribe medication haphazardly without giving it much thought. The team at the center are highly experienced to treat the very complicated disease of bipolar disorder, there’s simply nobody else I would trust at this point.
