Dale Scudder,
MEd, MA, LMHC
"My goal is to empower individuals so that they may live their most fulfilling lives. By creating a supportive, engaging, and safe space, individuals can honestly explore themselves. Through self-exploration we define one’s personalized goals and understand the formation and expression of maladaptive thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with goal achievement. A strengthened sense of self-awareness allows for the establishment of a healthier internal dialogue, which combined with practical skill development, promotes lasting change."
Dale Scudder received her Masters of Arts and Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, Teacher’s College. Dale is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the BECK Institute of CBT. Dale has over ten years of experience working with adults dually diagnosed with substance use and other mental health disorders.
