With over 15 years of experience in clinical service administration, residency and fellowship training administration, I have come to understand how important it is to create and maintain a safe and organized environment in which clinicians can provide the highest level of care.  

I thrive on managing the complex, so that our clinicians and patients can focus on healing. I have come to understand how despite the differences in our journeys, we all share that core human experience that needs to be nurtured and cared for.  As a native New Yorker, I am proud to do this work to serve the community that I value so much.
