PACT

Practical Accelerated Couple's Therapy (PACT)

PACT is a service aimed at helping bipolar-spectrum couples to repair and revive their relationship, improve communication, and learn how to cultivate mutual support and empathy.

The PACT approach is both practical and accelerated, in a sense that problematic interactions between the partners are identified and corrected as they dynamically occur in the therapy session. Working in the here and now with the therapist, partners learn and practice relating to each other in new ways which extend to their relationship outside of the therapy. The PACT approach is a combination of several models of therapy.

The PACT program accepts private payment, select commerical insurance, and Medicare.
